Captain Teemo!

This is my very first build here on MOBAFIRE, and I've only been playing for about 2 weeks now, so please don't judge me. :D

Purchase Cost : 3150 IP

So, why should you use Teemo:
- Great support character
- Shrooms can act offensively and defensively, as well as beings sight wards.
- High move speed without need of boots early game (Move Quick)
- Very useful Passive Poison and Passive Camouflage
- Very useful Blinding Dart
- Great Farmer

However:
- Teemo is extremely squishy
- Low HP
- Can't really fight other enemy champions alone

I'm going to assume you can read the abilities and what they do here, so I won't be posting what they do. :D

Camouflage: Very useful if you have the time to stand still for 2 seconds when running away. Also gives the chance for early ganks if you think you've got the HP for it. The 40% attack speed can be very well used combined with Teemo's "E" skill.

Blinding Dart: A very good move for totally ruining someones gank and attack chain. Lasting a whole two seconds, this allows Teemo and other team mates to avoid damage from a possible brutal attack. this could save someones life! Don't be afraid to use this!

Move Quick: A good replacement for your boots. If you ever find that you're in trouble and need to get away, you can just hit this skill! Although you will not have that many points in this early game, the speed is usually enough to get you away.

Toxic Shot: My personal favorite. I mean, don't you just love it when the enemy is on low HP and they're running away and for some reason they just drop down dead? Well, this is the reason! Toxic Shot combined with a good attacking speed provides AMAZING DPS. I'll repeat that.. AMAZING DPS.

Noxious Trap: Now this is why Teemo is such a fun character to play. Foraging a trap every... 30 or so seconds, and being able to place as many as you want, within the cool down, obviously, can be VERY upsetting for the enemy team. You can just walk around and suddenly you may just get a kill from this little mushroom of yours! With good placement, Teemo can be a very very good Champion to play as.

The items mentioned above are just a small guideline as to what I personally think Teemo does well with. Feel free to add suggestions and comments about my selection.

Being new to LoL, I'm sorry as I cannot provide much insight into this specific area! My bad!

Maxing Toxic shot first will make creep farming very easy, just sticking to your lane and last hitting and poisoning anything comings towards you and you'll do fine. Just be aware that Teemo's low HP may cause some problems if the enemy Champions try to attack you.

After getting a few levels and gaining your Noxious Trap, feel free to roam around the map placing mushrooms in vital spots, where you think the enemy may go. (ganking routes / golems / lizard / dragon etc etc). try to stick to your lane and farm more levels tho!

As you get later into the game, you'll be focusing on taking down other enemy Champions, however you'll probably need the some other members of your team for that. Try not to be alone at all, and avoid ganking alone, as you'll probably suffer quite alot.

Reaching level 15-18 you should be confident in what you and your team are doing, and doing quite alot of DPS with the attack speed you will have obtained through your items.
