This build isn't ridiculously strong early but it is deceptively strong. If you're jungle you can go about your business as usual, if you're top lane you have to feel it out but I have tested it in both roles and it has done well in both. When I first started going Electrocute with all adaptive add, I couldn't help but laugh at how ridiculously strong it is in alpha killing someone with no time to respond. If you think Nightharvester is strong with Aftershock, baby you haven't seen anything yet. I have experimented with a few things and I never quite thought Aftershock was a good fit for solo queue. It can be quite strong but unless you get fed and get ahead you can still find it hard to carry for lack of damage or presence. Phase Rush is another set I liked better than Aftershock as well. It's good to give mobility for after your combo trading in the top lane and is just an overall good pick for mobility.
