Nice idea, because there are more than enough guides for every champion out there, and many of them are kinda equal (and bad), so it is quite difficult to find the good ones, especially for newcomers.
The only argument against this: New guides which are really good do not have so much chances to be read if there are more of guides like yours, and I'm sure, if they aren't there yet, they will come.
I also had to experience that my Jarvan guide (which is maybe not the best Jarvan guide, but the only 3o3 Jarvan guide) does not get so much clicks, though people who clicked it told me how much they liked it. That's quite a pitty...
Yes, you're right. But this is not that different from the random player's behavior: when you're new to a champion, you go for the top rated guides. I know the visibility problem too: my Garen guide got downvoted for reasons I think bad and I'd like to see it promoted.
This page is also intended to be a way to promote the good work, and I will gladly add any good guide, top-rated or not. Thanks for your Jarvan guide, I think I'll add it in a future release.
