Introduction
My masteries are kinda typical tho i take 23-6-1 instead of 21-9-0 or 21-8-1(improved ghost).23 because i want cd reduction and magic pen but also attack speed and armor pen.Garen has a nice burst damage early in the game,especially when your opponents come to check the brush(^^)and get devasteted by our sweet Jdudgement.So thats where our armor pen masterie comes in handy.Now our magic pen gives a small boost to our ulti Demacian Justice(OH YEAH)!All the other masterie choices are kinda typical 4 garen and i dont feel like there is further explanation to them.
Now lets talk about our summoner spells.Ghost overall is a veeeeery nice choice for Garen.
1st of all comes the early game chasing(Ghost and Judgement=Sweet First Blood)but you can also use it as and excelent escape mechanism (Again Ghost and Judgement resulting in removed slows,plus your decisive strike 4 an extra MS boost)
Our second summoner spell,Ignite,is also typical for every decent Garen(tho you can replace it with Cleance if you choose to play tank Garen).Also keep in mind that you can devastate your low hp enemies with the simple combo of Ignite->Demacian Justice(Guaranteed Succes!)
As for the runes i think that only the Armor Pen marks are a must have with garen.
Seals,Glyphs and quints are totally your choice and dont play some significant role in your game.

As you have noticed my first 4 major items show a very aggresive early game playstyle.So our skill that we want to max ASAP is Judgement,because Garen has a very large damagae output early game with this skill(bushckeckers DIE!).After that i prefer to max Decisive Strike for its damage scalling ratio but if if you feel that you are kinda weak in fights then feel free to max your Courage(just remember to lasthit minions).Ow i forgot,max your Demacian Justice every time it is available(6,11,16).
Now lets talk about items.
These boots are crucial for an offensive garen.You should ALWAYS get those Boots of Swiftness because the +3 MS is just awsome.The only other viable MS choice i recomeend is Mercury treads if you have a rough time against heavy cc's(like galio,rammus,singed,fiddle etc...
Our next major item should be The Brutalizer.Amazing early game item that gives a nice amount of damage,armor pen AND cooldown reduction(SWEET!).Then depending on your money ou should buy either a B.F. sword or a Giants belt(sometimes i need this HP boost asap).Then farm your infinity egde and get ready to DEVASTATE those naive bushcheckers.If the game continuous then upgrade your belt into a Frozen Mallet.This will immediatly transform you into your teams carry(Frozen Mallet is a great carry item:on ht slow effect +20 dmg and 700 hp that maximize your survavability).After that upgrade your brutalizer into Yoummous Ghostblade cuz that xtra crit chance and +MS +AS active is priceless.
WTF why does this game continues?Okay we have over 2500 HP so why not Atma's Impaler?
More crit chance and Armor that stacks great with our (maxed)courage plus this sweet passive that gives you damage equal to 2% of our max HP.
Then you should consider another survavabilty item like Wormogs Armor or Sunfire Cape(I think that wormogs is better but 6th item is always your choice.
