Wukong is a powerful champion who is best right when he gets his ultimate (R). his core items should be things such as hydra and hexdrinker. these give him good AD and defensive stats. The new small AD items that build into yomuu's are also very good on him, in things such as a complete Maw or a black cleaver. don't be scared to build mostly tank on him, he does with with just two ad items, and since assasins are huge right now, he needs survivability. The new Trinity can also be viable on him, the mana and spellblade prock do well on him, sine his Q is an on hit.
