THE DOOR WAS LOCKED! I SWEAR!
!THE CREAKS THE CREAKS, ITS IN THE HOUSE! GUNS NOR BLADES WONT HELP, IT WONT DIE- IT WONT DIE!
I cannot sleep, When I lay in bed, I see the shadows dance, I see it. I hear it. It's waiting, waiting, waiting. When I close my eyes it gets closer, I hear the creaks, I recognise the shape.
Its a scarecrow... Is it not? YET WHY DOES IT HAVE HELLISH TEETH, HANDS OF BLADES AND A CAGE OF DEATH ON IT.
I've been up for many days, I grow tired day by day. But I know if I fall asleep, It'll strike. I tried leaving the house, going to the store- but even then I see it, on the back of the carriage, behind the cashier. It wont leave me It wont leave IT WONT LEAVE.
I AM DONE I AM DONE! I ventured into a forest for a walk. why would it haunt me, me, me of all. It was dark, so dark. I HEAR THE CRIES OF PAIN OF THE PAST KNOWN FACES, I HEAR THEM YELLING FOR HELP, ITS HERE, ITS THERE.
Guess I'll whistle ti'll it gets me- that piece of junk metal *******-..
Can't seem to find Linda though, she went yesterday to the old barn past the dead fields that belonged to a long gone neighbour, I've already told about em' in this log haven't I.
Well, she got the job done, writing this from the kitchen table, I can see from the window a darn big scarecrow in the middle of our beloved fields- She sure got a good one, it's metallic and has even a lit up lantern, seems to be rather old though. I can see the cloths are all ripped up- and plenty sharp stuff there too.
I'll head out tomorrow to see it better, I'll tone it a bit, remove those sharp edges- It's meant to scare the birds, not hurt em' after all.
