Background
Recently (with season 8) I wanted to get a little bit of nostalgia, and see how fizz is doing after such a long time. And, for the sake of fun, I created build, based purely on ult damage kills (cause fun)... And, despite all of my expectations, it did a very good job from the first try. So, after re-watching "Jurassic World" movie, as well as getting omega skin with dolphin (on ult he looks one-to-one as mosasaurus), I decided to upload my crazy idea, which could actually be applied in practical use.
Enjoy!!
Fizz is a marine warrior for Atlantis. His one day after his successful hunt, as he returned, he understood that all his home is gone: Streets of the city looked as if nobody lived there before for a long time. Upset, he took magical trident and went to seek for his new home... After a while he decided to stay in Bilgewater, midiocre sail-oriented city in the middle of nowhere. It was mostly inhabited by pirates, thieves and other hermits. They did not stand yourdles, so, our aquatic friend had a hard time with finding recognition.
One day Megalodon appeared on the coast of the bay, destroying all that he could see. Fizz was able to find a common language between both, and they have become a close friends since then. Pirates were amazed with a bravery of a yourdle, so that they finally did not touch him after that accident. Fizz got place to stay, his new home, close friend and recognition. What could be better?
Legends say, that after a while he joined the squad of yourdles, his talents were noticed, and his new avocation consisted in various missions. What exactly happened to his shark-friend is still unknown, but he needed to get a new partner. Dolphin-Mosasaurus hybrid came in handy in a right moment ;)
Omega squad skin had a nice feature of giving Chum the Waters visuals of mechanized mosasaurus (dolphin?) jumping out of the water, biting target and pulling it down.
Thinking for a very short time, I noticed strong similarity to one scene from the "Jurassic worlds" movie. I like this scene. In fact, it was the best scene in my opinion.
For a moment, it wouldn't be a bad idea to think about fizz's ult this exact way. Ult becomes way more satisfying to use, thus, needs more damage and CDR for the feel. This changes the play-style from "smash buttons and do not notice good staff happening" to "ult poor person, sit and watch the upcoming show", rarely going in for an actual fight (only if needed). Of course, this way you need to try to land max size ult, but result worth the risk...

Fizz is a slippery assassin, which plays with its food before making final blow, exploding it into pieces with a good-like portion of high magical burst. His abilities include massive AOE aspect, arguably strongest CC in the game, decent sustained damage, numerous dashes and even ability to evade almost EVERYTHING, saying "Can't touch this" to all enemies (the true reason why he is so powerful/hated). Nevertheless, he is a great piece of champion (tiny), which can turn around the teamfight by only one good ult (and we will have many with our strategy).
Fizz's Q () is a medium range dash, which pierces its victim. It deals moderate magical damage, applies W bleed and procks on-hit effects. No matter of the distance from you canst it (in the small range of the ability), distance of travel is constant, meaning that if you use it at max, it will pull you to the target. And, via versa, if you us it close, it will push you through and behind them. Use it carefully to not appear in the middle of team fight with no support.
(Tip: Two best uses of it are either answering the dash of the opponent (you will swap positions, and he will be confused for a moment, which could result into him missing combo) or using it behind enemy (you will return back through him, and it may be a successful trade of blows)).
Fizz's W () is a passive aa modifier, which will result into opponents bleeding over time after being hit (miserable damage). Also, it will expose your opponent after a short period of time, leading to empowered portion of this ability active. If you use this ability, it will deal entire portion of bleed as burst, and reset your aa timer. For the sake of laning, if you use active portion and kill enemy minion, you will get mana and cd refund.
(Tip: Wait until your opponent is entirely exposed (indicator will be full), and only then use active portion of ability for the triple damage effect. This will have 1.0 AP ratio + high base damage, which will be roughly equal half squishies' hp late game.)
Fizz's E () is a two parts type of dash. First will slightly change your position, as well as make you untargetable for a short period of time. After the end of its duration, Fizz will fall in the direction of your cursor, creating massive AOE slow and damage around him. You can recast this ability immediately for a faster dash, but it will significantly decrease the AOE and will place no CC effect on the enemy.
(Tip: Use it to dodge enemy abilities/wait out for your CDs and W bleed amplification. Also, E dashes can go over small walls, which may help you with escape.)
Fizz's R () is a massive hit-box skill-shot with a slight delay and slow projectile speed. If it hits the enemy champion, it will attach to him, slowing him significantly and creating area of future impact (also places W bleed on main target). If it did not hit the target, it will lay down on the ground before impact. After a medium delay, large Mosasaurus/Megalodon appears for beneath the target, dealing massive AOE damage, knocking all enemies above him up, placing W bleed effect and slowing them after their landing. The longer the bait travels, the bigger AOE, slow and damage effect ult will have).
(Tip: Use it as an initiative tool. As it applies the bleed, you will be able to prock it as soon the monster appears from under the water, causing unforgivable burst (At least 1.8 AP ration + bases.)
