One reason
Evelynn is very easy to ignore since her Q just deals damage (NO CC), her W speeds her up (NO CC), her E only deals damage (NO CC) her ult deals damage and applies a short slow (NO HEAVY CC)
All this makes evelynn so easy to ignore which means that you have to deal damage to impact a fight. Oneshot 1-2 Targets which definitly works with this build and youre fine.
