Introduction
The AP runes and Mpent runes are good for Fizz, I had no need for CD runes or any type of armor/MR runes due to being so agile, and having trickster on a 4 second CD.... This build however is HEAVILY reliant on good team-play, smart choices, and of course using trickster and Urchin strike to escape and Harass your enemies without taking much damage.
The mastery choice in this build is ESPECIALLY important. I went mostly Utility for the XP bonuses and increased CD%/mana regen%. Its very important for not only early game, but mid and late game as well. Having a level advantage with Fizz is a good thing, more damage output, which means more kills and XP, and GOLD!
The items are pretty much self explanatory. However I'll explain somewhat into them. The Doran's ring is a good choice for Fizz's starting item. Adding a boots of speed and another Doran's ring gives him the earl speed/mana regen needed to harass and potientally kill, allowing him to get the CD% Boots. Now as for the Catalyst and Rod of Ages, I usually go for these type of items that give you overtime bonuses first, but if you are having troubles grab Morella's first, that way your 40% CD will be there and Trickster will be on a 4 second CD. The rest is pretty explanatory, any questions like I said, just message me in game, or send me an EMAIL to my Yahooo LanceGunner2000. I'll check it whenever i can and of course try to answer your questions :) I AM UP FOR CRITICISM, THIS IS MY FIRST GUIDE! SO PLEASE! CRITICIZE ALL YOU WANT :D
I MAY of gotten the sequence wrong on the skills but! I always get Seastone trident first, then his ultimate, and trickster, then Urchin. The reasoning for this is because Fizz is highly dependent on mobility, at the same time he is a hit and run expert whom uses poison as his main assault. Urchin only really needs one point, cause you will only use it to harass, and apply your poison on an opponent.
The only two spells I've really used with him so far are Flash and Ignite. More will be on the way, but these two work well for Fizz, for they support his playstyle quite well. Flash away or in, or after using trickster, set ignite, and well laugh as Seastone and ignite finish your opponent off :3
Alright! FINALLY You guys get to STOP reading all this non-sense. Overall I love Fizz, He is one of the best hit and run Assassins LoL has now. His burst damage is incredible, and his Poison is second to none. There is a few flaws with this build, and I want to work them out slowly, but I hope you all can learn from it, and possibly even create better builds from it :D
