Instead of a second Rabadon's Deathcap, you'd probably do better with a defensive or utility item such as Banshee's Veil or Zhonya's Hourglass. You also shouldn't spread your Runes out over numerous different ones; any benefits you'll get from them will almost be useless. As a last note, you should add in descriptions of "why item X is better than item Y", and you also desperately need pictures to break up your walls of text.
