b.f. sword isn't an early game core. If you focus on building a (or if you have the money) and a your goal would be achieved.
Try either armor pen quints+marks or AD quints+marks, else the bonus they give will be hardly palpable.
will make you able to deal more damage during (thanks passive) than bloothirster thus making suboptimal.
You may want to consider making a chapter in which to explain how and when to use your abilities and maybe match-ups.
Not satisfied at all right now.

Gonna do a full review of this guide because I feel like it.

Pros

Skill order is fine, although I personally prefer maxing Living Shadow.
Runes and masteries are good.
You do a fairly good job of explaining your build.
Item build has a few issues, but is otherwise fine.

Cons

You have no situational items other than Mercury's Treads. Your build should not be exactly the same every game, give or take different boots or a different trinkets. You should have multiple options for starting items, your core items ( Blade of the Ruined King and Last Whisper in Zed's case), situational items, and an example final build.
No mention of Doran's Shield start, which is my preferred start. Put one in there.
Bloodthirster is not a core item on Zed. Ravenous Hydra is a superior item on almost all melee champions, although both should be under situational items. I can provide the math for you if you wish.
No mention of Ionian Boots of Lucidity either, or boot enchantments (hint: Enchantment: Homeguard is best). I suggest putting them in there.
Last Whisper shouldn't be put off until late-game. I suggest getting it immediately after your upgraded boots and Blade of the Ruined King.

Additional Comments!

Aside from the things I mentioned above and a few formatting issues in your guide (particularly in the summoner spell section), this is fairly good, especially for your first guide.
