I'll tell you why this Draven setup is special.
19% Attackspeed from the runes, allow you to skip any Attackspeed item which most guides tell you to buy.
If you want to understand how this works you should read through all the Notes, because it can possibly happen, that you wont understand the build paths only by looking.
