I permaban ezreal, he can keep insane spacing while dealing disgusting amounts of damage. Even if you catch him and ult, he can E out and avoid you. With the triforce build he is also very fast and IMPOSSIBLE to catch up to.

Laning / Adapting to Support
As an adc, you are very reliant on your support. Your support will almost NEVER adapt to your playstyle in soloQ. You have to adapt to your support's playstyle, which I am going to explain below. You can have your own playstyle late-game, but you are your support's slave early game.
Playing with feeder support
In low elo, your support may, can and will feed. Your lane will seem unwinnable. This case will mostly be seen with supports such as:
Swain,
Shaco and AP
Malphite.
I reccommend letting the enemy push and asking your jungler
for a gank (they probably won't). Try to average at least 6cs/min without dying. It is very likely that you've already lost lane, so focus on not feeding anyone and not falling behind.
TL;DR: Farm safely, don't fight, focus on scaling and not falling behind.

Playing with tank/engage support
These supports usually have great engage and synergise well with nilah. They are strong and very aggressive at levels 1-6 and might cause a snowballing lane. Best examples for this are:
Leona,
Thresh,
Nautilus,
Pantheon,
Alistar,
Taric.
You might go
Domination as your second rune if you are sure of winning those early game fights in lane. Otherwise go
Magical Footwear +
Future's Market. ( Mostly you won't need
Biscuit Delivery because your support will try to engage if enemies try to poke ).
Support itemization: Do NOT ask your support to build
Locket of the Iron Solari, instead ask them to build
Shurelya's Battlesong (preferred) or
Evenshroud
TL;DR: Play aggressive, wait for
to engage.

Playing with enchanter support
This type of support is great for sustaining in lane. Even if you lose lane, you both scale so it won't be that big of a deal unless you have over-fed the enemy. Best enchanters that synergise with Nilah:
Soraka,
Sona,
Janna,
Yuumi
It's best for your support to build
Moonstone Renewer, because most enchanters already have built-in
Movement Speed boost. This item also utilizes
Joy Unending, which makes any shield or heal seem insanely broken.
