Noticed you got a bit of a coding error in your table of contents section, where your size tag isn't correct and is missing a ] so nothing happens.

I don't like that there are random blue dots scattered all over the rune section, I believe you can reach the same result by just spacing your text & code into paragraphs to make space or use a space tag to make free space by typing "space" and putting "[]" at the start and end of it, you don't necessarily need to put text or dots there if all you want is a space between descriptions and/or code.

I really like how you formatted most of your other content though, great job.

What do you think about I think it better because deal more damage at early is easy to proc and also give the one shot positional

Hey there! While electrocute is a great rune in the early game, Dark Harvest is a much better pick especially considering you're going into the mid-game with a huge spike in power. Dark Harvest outscales electrocute by about 15 stacks.
