its no t altho i dont liek this build its just that it doesnt work for me =/ i did LOVE the rabadans cap rsuh, i pownt early-mid game so much XD but everything went down hill from there really.

i dont think guardian angel is necessary because between heal + brush + cougar form with pounce i can even escape an akali which means i only end up with 1 or 2 deaths a game ( were i position badly and get focused =P ) [ofc i must then think that is why you get it?]

also with rylais... i do enjoy the slow and the hp is nice but preferably i would take void staff over it, if your enimies have brains they will get magic resist because of your op-ness ealry-mid game with rushing rabadans. also again with pounce and cat form i rarely have a need to slow etc ( orr i guess void staff insted of abyssal seeming they both give Mpen and stoof)
lastely i would get lich bane before abyssal ( or void staff) because of the SERIOUS amount of damage it will do form the rabadans rush.

Nice Build, Spear does great damage!

U did 7 normal games per day, which takes 30+ mins so it's - 3,5 Hours per day.. but guide looks pretty nice.

good build, going ap allows you to do massive heals which is awesome

Btw the new Udyr guide is finished, you should check it out. I know you liked the last one.

I actually like this build, but have you ever considered going hybrid / AD? you do less in terms of support but you become so much more useful. Get sheen and Guinsoo early then just go AD. Its gorgeous.
