Hey there, here is my review of this guide at this point in time.

Let me welcome you to the community then! Always good to see some more build-makers around, we all start somewhere!

Typical Build Structure

Lets start with the item build, the build itself is fine, however the cheat sheet looks messy and cluttered, I suggest looking at my kog'maw guide for this respect. What I would do is split up your items into starting items-> First Back options -> Core -> Offensive-> Defensive etc. This will make your cheet sheet look well presented.
Your runes are good, though why you would build ability power and attack damage on a character whom doesn't get a bunch of free stats like Jax from building hybrid items I have no idea, however, I'll leave that alone since that is your decision.
Builds are generally laid out in the format of Contents page, Introduction, Pros and Cons, Masteries, Runes, Skill and THEN the advanced tips including detailed matchup sections. Fix that up.

Appearance

Your build is cluttered beyond reason, one big great wall of text, I'll refer you to jhoi jhoi's guide as to how to make your build more aesthetically pleasing to the eye, because at the moment people will just take one look at it and go.... yeahhh no thanks!

I advise including images, such as champion images and headers and footers to each section, this breaks up the information and makes for a much more entertaining read.

The build is hard to read with numerous spelling mistakes, I suggest running it through spell check to solve this!
Your tips are sound, however you need to arrange them in a more appealing format, I suggest taking a look at my guide in my signature or having a look around at some of the top rated builds on mobafire to get an idea of the quality that is top tier :D

In it's current state your build is far from finished, I'd rate it a 2/10. Formatting and structure is an integral part of your build, if asked I will re-rate it after you have improved in the areas I have stated!
