Mana is converted to health so...
At start when you get "Archangels staff" you can buy plenty of mana/health gear to get ur Hp AND ur AP go up like WOW. All runes to Mana=Heath/AP. Cleanse and Ghost Best of the best skills for Singed you can keep on kiting the target dont worry of the stuns/snares/fears just keep on moving!
