Tactics

There isn't much to say about Blitz himself: he's a pretty simple champion. First time I tried AP Blitz, I got First Blood at level 1 (a cheeky Gnar came close enough for me to Q him in to turret range.) Try to pull enemies under turrets at all times, since they will melt them. Use your W to catch up to someone or get past their minions for a clear Q shot. Of course, use your E as you pull them in to stun them and get some extra damage off. Use your R after you complete you're combo Q and E for an almost certain kill late game.

Blitzcrank is literally that simple.
