Champion Build Guide
The Concept
The basic idea is that you want to act like that one relationship we've all had. Find your target, right click them, and watch them try to escape. But they can't escape on their own. Eventually you start to spread the toxicity to their friends and laugh as they are stuck by your side.
Laning Phase
In laning phase you're just a nuisance, buy your coin and W/auto the enemy laners whenever they push up a little too far. Your E is an amazing ability, because as a support you can shoot it towards the topside enemy buff and find out so much for your team. You should try to let the enemy push up whenever possible, as your slows make a gank basically a free double kill.
Mid Game
By the time you finish your vision item and your mallet, team fights are probably going to be the norm. Play near the frontline, it'll be dangerous but your mallet should save you from being deleted, and you want to be close to the enemy in case your team goes all in. Your autos won't do much damage, but provide invaluable cc. As such, try to focus them on the most slippery enemy, so your team can get an early pick. Once that's done, keep the enemy assassins and frontline from your backline and the fight's won.
Late Game
At a certain point, around level 15, you're basically in the late game. Your late game. Your entire game will be finding an enemy, autoing them, and letting the runaan's and gauntlet slow them into oblivion. Don't let your health bar and resistances fool you. Ashe is a marksman and has no movement abilities. If you get jumped your best option is to point-blank ult them and kite them until you get away.
