Buy your support item and walk asap to the midlane. Try to get a aa Q aa for the 60 gold on your support item and back for your refillable pot. It will be worse in the early game since it gives less health then 2 potions but you can use them multiple times, wich is really good since you have TP.

See how the game is going. Based on the enemy team (more or less then 3 bruisers/tanks) built Liandry's or Imperial Mandate. Dont forget to go Demonic Embrace when going Liandry's for the synergy. If your midlane is playing tied and the enemy midlaner doesn't have a dash you can buy t2 boots and roam early since your W will be a free hit. Note that in high elo or low elo it will be easy for your enemies to get a pick on your adc when you're away. So be careful with the top roams.
In most situations I dont roam top since they are 2v1 machines. You might end up being negative.

Ziggs isn't to good for picks but is much better in teamfights. Raid mid with your team and force them since the enemies must react. You can also try splitpushing but know that you lose every 1v1 late since you have a support item, Imperial Mandate and Abyssal Mask. Unless you're fed of course.
