Kinda what he said, but I will rephrase.

Skills should generally be maxed at levels 9, 13 and 18 (with ultimate at 6, 11 and 16).

It's the first thing I look at in any guide and if it doesn't follow this general principle without a damn good reason, I downvote. It's arguably the most basic part of the game.

That aside, you get your horribly late into the game and that is worth a downvote as well. Whilst it is also acceptable to rush your gold generation item first, should still be the 1st/2nd priority.

DFG should also not be an option. You have two damage spells and neither are impressive.

Personally I don't feel impressed with the GMHP runes. I don't feel as if they give enough - items you can purchase and improvise with would give you more than all 9 of those combined. It's just my subjective feeling on it.

This is more for people browsing and have time to read. As I said in my descriptions, I believe it's mostly subjective. This is just what has worked for me.
