I take the runaan's hurricane because it helps with farms and it gives tristana a attack speed in end game of 2.5/sec with her rapid fire and 2.05/2.10 with her normale attack speed. This makes u almost unbeatable. The other items are basic build for almost every adc champion except caitlyn.
