Hello there, this is my guide to master Tryndamere. I'm not a great player with trynda but I know his strategic very well. You need to play him solo top, you can only do this when another player in your team is a tank. so play if you have:

Or jungle

You are solo top so you need some tankyness, pick Greater Glyph of Scaling Magic Resist and Greater Seal of Armor to get that tank. Greater Quintessence of Critical Damage gives you nice crit damage late game. Greater Mark of Attack Damage gives you some nice AD. You can also choose for more tanky runes or other quintessences.

Try 21/9/0, you get a little bit tanky of it, but most you get some more damage output, that is realy nice for tryndamere.

You want to get 100% crit chance as fast as possible, so get it fast. Open Brawler's Gloves and potions. (you can also take no potions because Bloodlust). Rush Avarice Blade for some nice 10 gold p/s. I advice Berserker's Greaves as boots, but you can also pick Mercury's Treads or Ninja Tabi for more tankyness. Get Infinity Edge it's THE item for crit strike. Get Zeal to grab a Phantom Dancer but between that get Vampiric Scepter for some lifesteal. Pick The Brutalizer for your yohumuu's ghostblade, but first buy Bloodthirster for optimal profit of your avarice blade. Get another Phantom Dancer for your 100% crit. Now you have enough movement speed to sell your boots for your last item.

I should max this spell first, the passive gives you great AD, and the healing is nice if you are against a strong solo top.


Only take one point early, I only use if for CC. Only reason of max it fast can be; you are playing against an AD carry, and you can reduce his physical damage.


Max this spell almost together with Bloodlust, it's nice mobility, but at high lvl you can also use it to farm.


Nice tricky ult, your 1 vs 1, its getting a draw, but oh no!, you put your ult on and dont die. He will say through all chat: "noob ult", and you just say "it's tryndamere..."

Ignite is just my favourit summoner spell, use it for just that extra damage.
Heal is nice with your ult, you have 0 health, and use Heal and Bloodlust to get about 700 health
