Get good wards on your red/blue by mid laner because you will be squishee early game.
Start at Krugs and take your first health pod as soon as you take damage.
Follow with Red (2nd health pod, don't use your Q too eraly!), then Wolves.

Engage large teamfights only when your Bloodthirster is loaded. Draw as much fire as possible, then cleanse and ult (if not stunned, ult without cleanse). Slow the enemy ADC and try to kill it. Escape or fight if you can sustain with your BotrK Active and your Q.
