Yes, they are a must have no matter what. It is around 175 HP actually.

What do you usually build first for Gunblade?
And, you should expand a little about your play style when using Doran's Ring stacking.

Lastly, do the HP/Level Seals really help that much? 100 HP doesn't seem all that significant late-game.

So i tryed DPS build and iv been using it for a while but i never liked the fact that i didnt use my wild cards and my win ratio wasnt good enough. it was almost 1:1.
then i tried AP build but i didnt like that my auto attack did hardly any damage at all.

Then hybrid came to my mind. though ppl say it doesnt really do the max damage it as AD or AP builds i tried it. I tried going Trinity Force with Razor right after and it was okay.
but when i came across yours and saw that you played ranked game with the build i decided why not. though i dont have the AP quints i used my MPen instead.

I love the build the core items I use would be the GunBlade, bloodrazor and then malady for attack speed the last two items i change depending on the situation. if i can get lichbane then i will. As for boots i think i prefer Berserker's Greaves for the extra attack speed in the beginning. I won my first 3 matches with this build!
