Twitch is my favourite ranged assassin. He may look weak but he is a king at assassination. I can safely say that his skills are weak, but his damage output is extremely high. If you follow this guide, you will succeed, earning at least 6 kills or more each match.

IMPORTANT: Twitch is useless in Dominion, please do not use Twitch in Dominion. He has low survivability, his skills are powerless and ineffective. Also, Twitch is not a pusher champion.

Twitch needs the main things: Attack speed, survivability, and mobility. He is all about hunting every single champion down, and can initiate with your attack speed boost and your slow. If you gank, you will definitely steal at least 1 kill from your teammate(s). I will tell you how later on.

These items are purely essential for Twitch's survival + damage output + kiting ability.

So, the items are: Mobility Boots, Phantom Dancer, Zeke's Harbinger, Frozen Mallet, Infinity Edge, and Trinity Force.

These items provide you with health (for survivability), attack speed and damage output, ability to chase people better (slow from Frozen Mallet), mobility (to chase people better) and a good chance to take people down without the need of even using your Exhaust or Flash.

Taking Ambush first is a must have. You need this purely because you can scout around in the bushes before initiating. For example, in a 3vs3, you would go in first to scout around the bushes to check before returning to a visible state. This will also help you gank to get first blood in your lane!

You must have Expunge next because it will help you finish off anybody. It is much more useful than Debilitating Poison because it is not useful to have it when you are solo'ing, or when ganking at level 2. Expunge increases your chance to finish off somebody, since Twitch is a DPS assassin.

Thirdly and lastly you must have the slow, because if you do not unlock all the skills, all hell will break loose and you will have a chance of being killed instantly, with no means of escape except from stealth, which won't do nothing if they are f***ing chasing you!
