Hi, im going to explain my guide of twitch (sorry about my bad english i actually speak spanish ...) Twitch is a champion that requires practice constantly. So you must use him a lot of times if u didnt play with him before :)

When you know how to play with him, u won���´t want to stop using him.. Have fun!

I use this runes because i think that twitch will need this points to kill a lot of champions.

-Armor Penetration: Definitely! he need armor pen. to do a lot of dmg (specially to tanks).

-Critical chance: crit chance is the most important point of twitch. More crits= much more dmg!!

-Critical damage: This goes hand in hand with crit chance because ur criticals wiil do lots of dmg with a very fast attack speed

-Health: Twitch is squishy. You will need some more life to survive in ganks. (Remember, twitch will be mostly targeted in ganks because of his little life and armor)

My masteries are good because give twitch a little more crit chance and dmg.. and some armor to stay at lane.

-Doran Blade: This item is perfect for twitch, because give u DMG, LIFE and some LIFESTEAL. Definitely u will need this item to lane for a long time and help ur teammates.

-Berserker Greaves: Movement and attack speed. This items shouldn���´t miss on your build.

-Phantom Dancer: The "super power" item. This will give u a lot of AS (attack speed), crit chance, and more movement spped (good cuz u will need to move faster around the map)

-Infinity: A lot of crit chance, crit dmg and... dmg!

-Black Cleaver: Nice item mid and late game.. ur dmg will stack and do more and more and more............

-Bloodthirster: After a long game u need some lifesteal and, of course, more DMG!

-Banshees: This item will give u more survavility in ganks, u won���´t want to lose your stacks in Bloodthirster ���¬���¬

-Expunge: You will maximize this skill first because it do a lot of dmg (depending of our stacks) and as has long range u can use it to kill champions that are escaping.

-Ambush: You will maximize this after expunge. This give more time invisible and more AS.

-Debilitating Poison: This skill is good on lvl 1. You won���´t need to maximize this until u upload all the other skills.

-Spray and Pray: With this skill u will pwn more champions at once. Use this skill in ganks or ANYWHERE!!!

-Flash: Necesary to chase and escape.. For me is the best summoner spell for him ^^

-Ignite: Useful to combine it with ur poison!

You can use CLEANSE too to survive more, this reduce slows, taunts, stuns, etc.
