Fizz is not not a so called "Noobchamp", because Fizz has two, difficult to hit, skillshots.
You obviously need a lot of time to learn hitting those two skillshots, but you have to keep in mind that you aren't a "Noobchamp" and that your a easy kill for every type of champ. Fizz's skill "e" isn't a op (overpowered) ability because u neither can jump over nearly every wall nor you become untargetable. In conclusion it can be said that this champ is a totally useless.
