This build is for those who want an easy Udyr. This is a build that is designed to work for almost anyone anywhere. Im sorry this is one of my first build so I dont quite know what to do yet

PRO:

1. Mana regen is high allowing ability/stance spam
2. OK output of damage and DOT effects

CON

1. Sacrifice some speed
2. Lowers your defense a bit more than comfortable(at least for me)

I recommend that you:

1.engage for your team with a bear stance then tiger/bear spam do output large amounts of damage and stun for the kills/assists.

2. gank bot lane first with bear for the feed then disappear until help is needed in another lane or chance to push appears.

3. appear randomly in lanes even if they dont need help to win the physiological battle and scare them off.

4. get dragon whenever it re-spawns never let enemy get dragon

5. have everyone leave their lane to "get" barron or dragon then when enemy team comes to steal engage in a teamfight if aced go top and push let rest of team get other lanes so you have more viable options

6. If pushed back to inhibitors run into jugle and have team initiate. Come in with bear and focus the tank and adc.For more damage output spam bear/phoenix

7. be one with nature. If you are nervous about your chance of wining a fight force fights to be around minions, yours or neutral, so that even if you were to die minions can clean up a large amount of the time

8. Act scared. Force them to engage you then surprise them with your strength. Only works a few times before they catch on
