Udyr is one of the best nukers melee dpsers in the game. He can nuke almost every opponent and he is fun to lane with. In this guide i will try show you the way i play with Udyr.

For runes I use 9 greater marks of Desolation Greater Mark of Desolation which help to reduce the armor of your opponents and also will help to take down tanks too.

For seals I use 9 greater seals of Alacrity {icon=Greater Seal of Alacrity], wich helps turtle stance to attack faster so more regen for mana and health and also works great with 20% attack speed of tiger stance.

For glyphs I use 9 greater seals of Warding , these will help you hold the lane against AP champions.

For quintessence i use 3 Greater Quintessences of Desolation Greater Quintessence of Desolation, for the same reason as marks.

I like to use improved exhaust and improved Ghost so i can chase opponents, make turret dive or escape from bad situations.

I put 21 points in Offence Tree for more crit, attack dmg, attack speed and armor penetration. I put 8 points in Defense Tree for more magic resist, health regen and some armor. And last i use 1 point in for improved Ghost.

I start with and 1 health potion and 1 mana potion so i can hold on lane. Then i make it and then for life steal and i use is as ward Sight Ward to avoid gangs.

Then i go for Boots Mercury's Boots if i have AP opponents or if i have AD opponents.

Then i start building Madred's Bloodrazors wich give me attack dmg and attack speed and also helps to nuke tanks.

After that i go for Infinite Edge for more dmg and crits.

Also i go for for some health and slow opponents so they can;t escape when i chase them.

Then i buy B.F. Sword sell and buy .

And last i go for for defense against AP champions or for defense against AD champions. Also you can buy these shield earlier in game so you can have earlier your defense.

You its good to start with Bead Stance if you want to go for First Blood cause will stun your opponent and also will help you chase him. in case you fail First Blood or are stronger and they chase you, you can use Bear Stance to run away. On level 2 put a point to tiger stance so you can start farm minions and on level 3 put a point on turtle stance so you can start regen and use bubble to avoid attacks.

From level 4 and on you need to focus on Tiger and Bear so you can attack fast, push, gang or escape. But don't forget Turtle... so before you get full tiger and bear put 1-2 points to Turtle cause will really help you in team fights and gangs or jungle in case you wanna go for buffs!

And last put 3 points to Phoenix on last 3 levels.

I pick Ghost and i improved it with so i can gang, chase or escape easier. And also i pick Exhaust and improved it with so i make it more sure that i'll take them down and its usefull at early and late game.

For Udyr in case you don't like Exhaust you can go for Ignite and also you can change Ghost with Flash BUT are not very good with this build you need to make some small changes so you won't waste 2 points. You can pick the point from (Utility Tree) and put it to (Defense Tree) and pick the point from and put it to .
