If u read this first of all thanks for considering taking a look. i made this speed build out of my own experience and research into udyr. i hope you all will like it.
It's not that in depth but i hope you'll try it out.

To be honest I like starting my jungle clear on the blue buff. because of gromp you'll be always max health and the potion is then just in case. If u have a leash then don't use your smite on the buff but instead, use it on the gromp. when you have cleared the red buff and chickens your smite should be up for golems. Afterwards u can make your way to scuddle and see if there is room for a gank.

Udyr can pretty much solo a dragon at level four but you should maybe wait till after you get your first item after you back for the first time. also don't forget to look out for the enemy jungler when taking drake, it can be close because you probably will be low health or medium health it depends on how you clear the dragon if u use turtle stance in between or not.

Udyr's job is basically running up to the enemy team with bear stance, stunning them, and hitting them with R activated. with ghost and turbo chem tank plus boots of swiftness you are so fast they sometimes can't do anything to stop you.
