The reason i take teleport exhaust is because most of the games i play are against tank melee top laners and many jg's are melee as well, usually with a gap closer. So once top and/or jg are within my turrets i dodge skill shots, exhaust, try to land stun on one or both if they group up and then rocket to finish off. I would typically use ult-turret as soon as they go in, since they are committed after that. Teleport to get back to lane faster and push the wave back to their turret and hold that position again.
