Introduction
With this build we'll focus mostly on health and regen.
Noted that this build doesn't have ANY counters.
What? Bloodrazor? MR, b*tches. Kog'Maw's W? MR, b*tches. Darius? Bro health itself counters Darius!
Not let's get it ON!
Q first because who doesn't like a silence at lvl 1 with a speed bonus? Well if you do your a ****. You get E in lvl 2 because obvious reasons, "I gave that b*tch a spin, b*tches love spins." - Un-Dying Garen.
Get it again for lvl 3 for increased damage, then W for lvl 4. Now, after this it could go either way. If you feel like you die too easily, you're doing something wrong and should max your W before your Q, but still max E first. Max your ulti by lvl 16 as usual and you should be good to go!

Ok first of all you'll begin with the 3 pots and boots, rush of into lane and all that good stuff. Maybe harass a little, farm, you know the usual. After a while (maybe even after firstblood), you'll be able to go back and buy your next stuff, Boots of Swiftness and a Giants Belt. If you don't have enough, just get your boots.
Oh and if needed get a couple of wards.
Now when you get back you can pretty much buttrape the other champion. Too bad if it's a 'Garen-counter'. There is no such things. If the champion is said to counter Garen, he hasn't met Health-Garen.
Some people question this builds viability, and often ask me questions such as "Does it counter Irelia?", "Does it counter Darius?", "Does it counter Yorick?", and I always say the same. "B*tch, Health-Garen counters EVERYTHING!!!
Try the build out, and if you like it(wich you should it's freaking amazing)feel free to tell your friends, your enemies, your family, tell everyone about my amazing build!
