This build specializes in one thing Bard has never been utilized for; the true potential of his w. In my opinion, this ability could be better used not because of the heal, because there are champions that heal people way more than Bard, but because of the fact that Bard strives off of ap and "healing" teammates counts and procs items like ardent censor, and staff of flowing water. Both these items work incredibly with Bard's kit as Bard goes great with attack speed, damage on hit (his meeps), ability power, and ability haste, which these two items provide to you and your adc for just pressing w.
