i recommend taking runes that are shown on top, cause they i found to work the best, you can ofc experiment with your own runes.

i recommend you start team fights by activating shurelya's reverie and Decisive Strike so you get speed boost and can silence on of there spell spammers, like nidale or lux, any one who can stun or snare will do too, and then just try to stay in range in as much enemys as possible with your judgement and courage.

i prefer to use ignite and flash.
ignite to disable there support if he can heal, or any one that has heal.
flash is my just in case case. if im in the wrong place at the wrong time and i need a quick get away.
if you want to maximize your spell and survivability i recommend taking ghost and heal or cleanse.

i made this build myself cause i waned a tank that is fast, and after almost killed can come out of bushes with almost full hp.
so i chose almost all big HP reg items and movement speed items
i added bloodthirster at end cause it gives 100 AD at max farm and increases garen's dmg by quite a bit.
with full build you will have 4368hp (+/-) and if you feel like you could use more armor you can take Atma's_Impaler insted of bloodthirster but it will give you only about 68 AD.
