You are right in all of the con's.
I shall make a few improvements to this guide but it was more or less a joke.
I didn't think anyone would read this guide so I shall try and add a bit more detail/explanation. I generally only build this when the team consists of no tank/armor stacking champion.

Alright, here we go. Time for a full review, whether you like it or not! =]

Pros

• Skill order is fine, although I prefer maxing Living Shadow second for the decreased cooldown and decreased cost, as well as increased AD steroid.
• Runes are good.
• Masteries are pretty good; however, I prefer Blade Weaving over Expose Weakness ; Expose Weakness doesn't amplify your own damage, and as an assassin, you personally need to deal as much damage as possible as quickly as possible.

Cons

• Quite short, and lacking important information, such as explanations for all items in the guide.
• You have few other viable situational items in your guide, such as Mobility Boots.
• Last Whisper is a must on all glass-cannon AD champions. Don't even try to argue this, you're wrong if you disagree.
• Get Blade of the Ruined King before Ravenous Hydra. While we're on item order, get Last Whisper immediately after Blade of the Ruined King.
• I dislike Zephyr on most champions; Zed scales better with raw AD and armor penetration than with attack speed. He gets all the attack speed he really needs from Blade of the Ruined King anyway.
• Add Black Cleaver and/or Youmuu's Ghostblade to situational items
• Put Bloodthirster in situational items; Last Whisper and Black Cleaver are more important.
• No trinket in the guide. It was tempting to downvote because of this alone, but I decided to be nice.
• Poor formatting in the guide. Check out jhoijhoi's Guide to Making a Guide if you haven't already.

Additional Comments!

I understand that this is an unusual build, and I have no problems with that in most cases. However, I do have problems with unusual builds when they are blatently inferior to the general builds.

Make these changes if you wish, or don't. I don't care. However, if you don't make these changes, I hope you at least understand that this build is inferior to the more common build.

Well, yeah I understand. Look, for example my Caitlyn build is a full-guide. Just click the signature and see if you like it and the template of the Table Of Contents, etc.

Nice build idea. I think I am going to try it. However, give more details about farming, positioning and abilities. Also it would be nice if you would describe the possible match-ups and stuff. Oh, and some more BBcoding might work.
But, as it is your first guide, you receive a +1 in hope you will make it better and better
