I made some updates to the methods, which I forgot to publish. I can easily clear the jungle with no blue buff, then pick it up, and end up with the jungle on full cooldown. I prefer to keep my blue longer by saving it for level 3, and not having to risk my butt over it at level 1. It hardly regens anything at level 1 anyway.

While getting an early blue buff does seem like the perfect solution to Urgot's mana problems, I feel like he isn't as fast of a jungler as many others, so you can't really justify it. The fact that he is unable to clear his own five camps without having to blue pill back should be a warning signal that maybe it's not a good idea to jungle with that character. Urgot is a fantastic laner, so why not keep him there?
