Okay this is my first guide, so I will try my best. Vayne is the newest champ. I will be updating and adding pictures and screen shots when I test items, or get more time. She has very high scaled damage and items that maximize this make her even stronger. This guide will help give you a balanced build and does high damage. I perfer to use her in mid to lvl faster and get your items faster for 1v1 kills quick. I just make sure to also ward the mid to help me and my team.

She is also a good laner. She is very good in team fights. She has a stun and plus she can knock enemies away from team mates and save them. She is also a very good chaser and has great escape skills. Her attack speed is very good with this build. She can get fast kills and take out lots of hp with build, even on tanks quick.

The runes I chose are for high damage early-mid-late and to balance Vayne. The Greater Mark of Desolation and Greater Quintessence of Desolation armor pen will help take on anyone. The flat Greater Glyph of Magic Resist magic resist will help if you have to go against any mage type, but you can switch these out for Greater Glyph of Cooldown Reduction flat cooldown or Greater Glyph of Scaling Cooldown Reduction lvl cooldown runes if you want to get Berserker's Greaves. The attack speed of course you want to shoot fast.

Masteries well that should be easy she is a carry so she has a 21/0/9 build.

The items well you want damage that scales, since she has Silver Bolts that do hp damage in the third hit, which isn't hard to get. I get a sheen soon as possible to help increase the damage of silver bolts on third hits. The trinity force well that is for slowing them down some and increasing your base.

Max Silver bolts last, Put 1 point at lvl 3 or 4

point at 6,11,16

It is nice she does more damage when they hit a wall and then they are stunned with her Condemn skill.

You can tumble foward and backwards for quick escapes.

You can always save your condemn shot to push them away from you.

The skill sequence will help you be able to farm easy since you can get closer or distance easy with tumble.

I perfer to have Ghost with Flash to help get some quick kills.
These are the usual carry summoner spells. You can also use Flash with Ignite or Exhaust.

Keep your range as much as possible till you can get them out of position and use your Condemn to stun them against the wall. She a good harasser to always harass much as possible. You can even keep them from getting exp by staying above their minons.
