Shes strong but you rarely seem to find people who can player her , her range tho isnt that good + she can kill you as long as she stacks her E on you , which is something she wont have time to do since you can kill her in 3 autos with critical build
Kai'Sa
She doesnt have a lot of more damage than you but shes still stronger than you early game , however its not easy for her to kill you which makes it easier for you to scale and kill her later in game. Becareful tho since she can build Zhonya's
Xayah
Shes kinda weak , just avoid standing on her feathers , tho she can deal so much dmg if shes ahead
Kog'Maw
Scales really good , unkillable with a good peeling support so try to stomp him early game with your jg's help
Jinx
She can poke you and probably win early fights but later on you scale way better than her.
Sivir
She has really nice poke and the best wave clear , can scale also really well and in late game shes really hard to kill , try to stomp her early
Varus
Not that strong , usually gonna go for blade - > rageblade build which cant kill you instantly so its easy for you to kill him especially with crit build
Caitlyn
Good cait's will punish you and deny farm from you with their huge range but you are stronger late game , especially with crit build
Ashe
Huge W range , nice poke and cc. You can 1vs1 her as long as she doesnt hit her R , especially in late game
Lucian
Way better early laning face than you so avoid fighting him early , except he gets caught or has really low hp cause of you support
Tristana
Scales also really good cause of her passive , avoid fighting her when she uses E on you.
Draven
Huge damage , lots of lifesteal , really hard to beat without a good cc support
Jhin
Really really stronge with the 3 IE build since he can oneshot you in no time but his early game isnt that good , you can easily win him with an aggressive / cc support
Miss Fortune
Really high damage , and even life steal with the Botrk build , she has no mobility in combat so your jgler can stomp her since she ll be pushing most liekly
Yuumi
shes new champion so im not really sure but so far i dont think shes good with vayne. Vayne's early is really weak and she needs a support doing most of the job in lane !
Tahm Kench
He cant rly protect you or deal a lot of damage to enemies since enemy adc isnt going to fight him in melee fight.
Alistar
Has strong cc which makes easier for you to kill someone. Especially adc without mobility like Jhin for example
Blitzcrank
Not bad but he cant really protect you like most of other supports can
Leona
Strongest cc a support can offer , really tank and u can do a lot of dmg with her passive , but cant rly protect vayne.
Zilean
Has nice poke and his ultimate is really strong , especially late game (cause of its low CD) but he doesnt rly help you surviving early game in lane.

Kinda same with zilean
Braum
Braum is nice with vayne , he can protect , deal damage and also cc + every vayne build has AS (Attack Speed) so its really easy for her to proc his passive on enemies !
Janna
Well things are a little tricky here , like i said vayne's early is weak and she relies on her support a lot , so if you janna is one of those who just E and wait for you to kill the enemy supp and adc with only your damage , you wont do much. But as long as she can poke in lane i think shes one of the best options for vayne
Karma
Really nice poke , cc and also shield. Pretty nice for vayne's weak early
Morgana
Nice cc and lots of dmg , also her blackshield can save you in case you get wrong position or from fed mage assassins !
Rakan
His kit is really nice combined with vayne since he can protect her and take enemies off her !
Sona
Strong poke , her W healing isnt bad and he ultimate is strong ASF , makes it easier for you to survive but also even kill the enemy botlane

Also really good support for vayne , deals a lot of dmg with his E passive , and its really is to kill someone if he catches them with his Q , also he can take enemies off you with his E.

Almost as good as lulu when it comes to support vayne , her damage is really nice and she can heal you in case you lose a trade or if you get really hard poked , also has nice cc and bonus ms

The best support for vayne in my opinion , mainly cuz if you have good position and she knows how to play her champ , you are legit unkillable

I main Vayne last 2-3 years my peak was Diamond 1 close to master mainly by playing Vayne !
Early game
Vayne's early game isnt really strong and really needs a good support. The safest thing to do is farming till mid-late game where you are getting your power spike (after 2-3 items).
Mid game
After 2 items you are kinda strong so you should follow your team in teamfights or just small 3vs2 / 3vs3. Its also nice to push the wave before going to a fight or while doing drake so enemies wont have lane advantage.
Late game
Vayne's mobility isnt bad but she doesnt have a big range on her auto attcks which makes her easier to hit. Surely the enemy team will try to focus you and kill you since of how big threat you are so try to stick with your team and avoid face checking bushes. Most of times you should just stand in backline of the team and wait for ur team to engage a teamfight , or when the enemy team will , as long as you dont die and focus the right ppl you ll do tons of damage !
