About this build(Vayne)

With the runes and masteries I use, I end up starting with about 78 Base AD with a doran's blade. Laning with a Taric makes you rip through your enemies, Especially early game. This build is quite dependant on using your teammates to your advantage and having them make opportunies for you to walk in and 3 shot the enemy carry, Next, And end up killing their tank extremely fast afterwards.

About this builds sequecing(Nocturne)

If your game gets to end game, I suggest trading the Youmuu's Ghostblade out for a Randuins, It gives you just that much more survivability.
Also, I take Ghost and Smite as summoner spells as this is a Tanky DPS Jungle Nocturne build. I reccommend even mixing up skill order to gank early, As early level ganks with Nocturne are devastating.

About this build(Renekton)

At the end of the game, I suggest trading out Youmuu's Ghostblade for Thornmail, because if you do, AD carry's will just end up killing themselves on you, and then refusing to attack you with your MASSIVE 4.7K+ HP with your ultimate on! This build not only deals massive damage, But it allows you to get straight to the point and get right on that AD carry or AP carry, and set up kills for your team/carries.
