Vayne Passive Ability
Pros:
- Excellent solo-laner
- Takes down tanks without much work
- Great Harrass/Ganking
- You're a hunter of evil beings :o
Cons:
- Loses passive mov. speed when not facing enemy champion
- Dies fast if focussed on in teamfights
- Drains loads of mana(if you don't use glyphs of clarity)

: pretty obvious skill -> get 3 stacks on the target to unleash alot damage.
: Again, a very multisided ability -> you can stun their carry's by bashing them against a wall/tower so you & your team can kill it. Also, when you're being stalked by a champion, you can just knock 'em back and use Tumble for a clean escape.
: Bonus damage + quadruple the mov. speed from your passive. Who doesn't like chasing?:D
For the runes I chose:
Greater Mark of Desolation x 9 : pretty obvious -> more penetration = more damage = more win!
x 9 : more dodge, makes your movement speed from the defense-tree trigger, making you able to escape faster and dodging damage
x 9 : Like most ad-carry's, Vayne gets slight mana issues if you use Tumble & Condemn alot, so for the bit extra mana regen :D
For the quintessences I think you can make 2 choices:
x 3 : gives you a nice health boost from the start -> easier to live at early game.
OR you could max arm pen. using Greater Quintessence of Desolation x 3 which will make you more squishy at early game, but with more damage in the entire match.

You also could go with / or ignite/ , but I find a bit useless on her, because of her - combo.
Of course, the is a perfect killing-spell, but since you have +160 mov speed from I'd suggest you don't use it n.n
