Hello guys, this is my first guide and it's for the most cool champion in this game (in my opinion). I hope there is no mistakes, and i will be happy is this guide helps you.

Farm will be easier with but, if not u can take one more (x2) and keep last hitting minions.You should prefer going solo lane try exp faster, farm minions and dominate your lane from 1st minute.Having and 's Lifesteal you will not have to go to base every second, Just only when u make money to buy.After u farm 2.000+ Gold go to shop and buy and . If you have problems hunting enemys or running away when you are in danger get otherwise go for . After you stack on +40 Attack Damage and +10 Lifesteal you will have tons of damage. Then buy Phanton Dancer (or if you make easy gold and no need much more attack speed get ,you get less A.Spd but more HP ,MP ,AD ...).Now getting you increase your m.res plus passive that blocks spells(one/45sec).If your AD and your Ulti is not enought grab and .. after that you will own every one in game and your team will auto-win.

Greater Glyph of Warding can be replaced by Greater Glyph of Shielding for more M.res in late game, and Greater Seal of Might can be Replaced by Greater Seal of Alacrity.

Greater Quintessence of Desolation - (x3)
Greater Mark of Desolation - (x9)
(or Alacrity) - (x9)
(or Shielding) - (x9)

Q: Tumble
I first maximize Tumble, it give bonus damage (55/60/65/70/75% of total Attack Damage).Vayne tumbles a short distance so she can you it for escapes too, but can't pass through walls.
W: Silver Bolts
This skill is passive and on every third attack (on same target) Vayne deal bonus damage depending on target's maximum life.
E: Condemn
My second maximized skill is this. Vayne deals bonus physical damage and knocks the target back away.If the target knocked on a wall he gets stun for 1.5 second and additional damage.
R: Final Hour
Here no need words, just press R and all will be dead. Activating 's Ultimate she gets bonus attack damage,moving speed from for is increased and stealth when you activate (stealth duration: 1.5 Second).
Passive: Night Hunter
This passive gives bonus 40 moving speed when she is watching an enemy ,i mean that when u chase en enemy u get this bonus but when u run away from them this bonus is not working.

OK so.. probably you will be the main damage dealer so you no need to die fast that mean you MUST no go first in a team fight, stay a little back and let your allies to go in.Use Ultimate on time and pwn every enemy. Enemys will have you as main target that why you must stay back and let your allies go first.
