Champion Build Guide
The gambler
You might have noticed that this build costs more than a regular veigar build, but have no worries. It's not about the money. It's about sending a message. You take 'press the attack', an item that gives attack speed, another that gives attack damage and deliver that 100k magic damage by the end of the game. I named this build 'the gambler' because you take a huge gamble in regards to how your allies will react to the rune choice.
