Q: Don't forget to use last hit to minions with your Q . If you do this you will take +1 ability power.

W: Use your W after you use your E to be 100% sure that your opponent can't escape from your W.

E: Use your E to stun opponents and help your team to kill them easier.

R: Your ulti is very strong. Use it when you are sure that you can kill the enemy you want.


WHEN YOU WANT TO KILL AN ENEMY:
1) USE YOUR E TO STUN HIM
2) USE YOUR W
3) USE YOUR ULTI (R)
AND IF YOU DONT KIL HIM YET USE YOUR Q TO KILL HIM AND TO TAKE +1 ABILITY POWER.

I can't explain more about masteries. I think is the best for veigar.

I choose these runes for veigar because veigar needs ability power and magic penetration , too.
In my opinion i think he needs a little armor and magic resist , too , because veigar isn't so good at the start, until he gets his ulti.

Is very difficult for veigar to take kill at the start of the game, but if you are together with your team you will take the kill easily.

If you go mid farm with your Q to take +1 ABILITY POWER. Don't try to attack your opponent who is mid until you get your ULTI.

When you get your ulti attack to your opponent and use E / W / R / Q and BB opponent.

I prefer to take these items for veigar, because Veigar need mana at the start, so i prefer to take SERAPH'S EMBRACE.
Then i take RABADON'S DEATHCAP to harass the enemies with my ulti and the other skills
Next i take ZHONYA'S HOURGLASS to have armor and to click on it and escape from the death!
Next i take VOID STAFF to ignore the 35% of opponents magic resist and to harass more the opponents.
And finally i take DEATHFIRE GRASP for more ABILITY POWER and to click on it for more harass!!!!
