\ SO basically you are a cage cannon. throw that **** everywhere, in the lane, to zone off dragons, to cage all 5 of the enemy team in a team fight, around their nexus when you when. EVERYWHERE. the idea is you want to be fast enough to catch people and throw you cage, and tanky enough to where you dont get melted trying to do so. you want 45% cdr to throw a cage every like 6 seconds and really piss everyone off. you can also take out squishy AP midlaners with you ult even if you are not stacking a **** ton of AP and can also do a good bit of damage to the squishy ad carries with your combo. SO basically you want to cage and stun everyone at all times, and take out the squishies with your abilities. CAGE TO WIN.

LANING PHASE, generally you want to play kind of like a nami, you harass but don't get caught out or you dead. harass with your q and auto's to get money with spellthief. if you are pushed in lane SAVE YOUR CAGE FOR A FREE GETAWAY, unless you know you can get the kill then use it offensively. also your lane is OP to get a gank for, if you can land a good cage, you can generally get both supp and ADC. CAGE IS LIFE

You pair very well with champs with a lot of poke like MF, Jhin, Ashe, Varus, Cait, Lucian. ECT

If you can land cage and get some good poke down, they will be annoyed and can begin zoning them off of farm.

TEAM FIGHTS, so by this point hopefully you will have 45% cdr and can throw a cage almost whenever the hell you want. build some healthy not so you can front liine, but so you can not die when throwing these bad boys around. cage everything, cage is life.

CONGRATS, you have played veigar support and you won, obviously. When taking the enemy nexus, be sure to say "GLHF" and put your last cage around the enemy nexus right as you are finishing to give it a nice decoration to dance around.
