Most probably the most potent of Keystones because of its boost in sustain at full stacks, which you get decently fast. | The strongest of Keystones for early and late 1v1's. Very viable for fast scaling and fending off enemy junglers easily. | |||||
Must have - Extra gold per kill AND clutch heals. Almost no competition for this rune. | Must Have - You will need this for more attack speed. Legend: Tenacity might be better in really tricky cases. | |||||

Deal more damage the lower you get. In my eyes the best pick, especially with Conqueror. | |||||
Stack more damage with the kills you get. The first row doesn't offer any permanent bonus of this kind. | Really good on you, since you deal high damage with abilites anyway. | |||||
Add even more healing to you kit that gets stronger the lower you are. Strong on Viego | Strengthen your heal and sustain even further. Overgrowth is also viable since you want to scale for late game. | |||||

I like using these two tress the most. PTA for explosive 1v1's. Conqueror for big skirmishes and team fighting at the end.
Grey marks an option, that is also viable.
