Runes.

Aery is used on top lane Vladimir for poke. The poke is powerful against squishes in the bot lane, and does some decent damage on tanks. Taking Aery over Predator, and Electrocute is more beneficial for the laning phase.

Laning Phase.

For the laning phase, use Q whenever you can without getting too heavily punished. Your empowered Q's do lots of damage to the ADC. Using your E, and Q chunks the ADC by a ton.

Champions That Vladimir Can Cheese With.

Vladimir Support is deadly when synergized with early damage dealers such as, Yasuo, Darius, and Wukong. You can easily cheese level 1 and 2 for early kills.
