Hey this is my first Build, so plz bear over with my bad language. But anyways i have 3 builds for you Today! my First one is a Hybrid build, that both allows you to not only have much hp but also very much damage! My 2nd build is a Ap nuke build who allows you to do a hell lot of Dmg, you can actually carry your team with that build! my 3rd one is a Tank build who just have one Goal... HP! when you use that build you can take almost every tank 1v1, and your enemies will not even bother you because you have so much hp!
And also sorry for not knowing how to post links with images so bear over with the links for now plz, and also plz post how to do it correctly!

In my first build i like these runes because Vladimir needs some AP and HP early, and who can say no to a few spell pen??
in my 2nd build i like to go full AP simply because i like lots of damage early game
in my 3rd i just go for some AP, HP and some MR

well i like These mastery's with Vladimir because i like the AP i get from it, and the HP also. well about the Dodge, it was only for filling out some space And get a short movement speed Bonus.

If your playing my first build, you should sell the Haunting Guise and go Buy a Warmog's Armor As your last item! well if you dont like the Spirit Visage you can go buy either a Abyssal Mask or an Will of the Ancients

Pros

- can 1v1 everyone if played right
- has high escape ability's
- Can be (in one of my builds) a great AP carry

Cons

- requires some skill
- can be Countered by a heavy CC or a AD Carry

I use Heal in early Game because it can save your *** i prefer this spell because it have saved me so many times from either the last tower hit when you tower dive, or saving your *** while you try to escape.
I also like the Flash because it works so perfect with heal! you can go tower dive with your Sanguine and kill the opponent use heal and flash out to get away!
Other spells wich also could be used:
Ghost is a very good escaping spell in the length, but my Flash have saved me more times than ghosts had so it's your choice
Ignite with your ulti you wont be needing this but it's still a good summoner spell good for getting a kill, but you have your sanguine pool that also can slow
Cleanse can be used to get to safety but you dont need it with your Sanguine pool already taking care of slows
Spells That wont need to be used:
Fortify: okay this is a very very bad skill for a AP carry/tank so you wont be needing this!
Clarity: do you expect me to could get your soraka up or something?? since you dont need mana you should not take this unless you would like to be laughed at.
Smite: you are not a Jungler so this spell would just be as stupid as clarity
Teleport: you wont need to go back since your Transfusion will hold you up
Revive: you wont even die very much if you can play him correctly
everything i have not described here can be used but are not very good for Vladimir
