All summs work though I prefer Flash Ignite. Phase Rush.
Dodge charm then you win (12 cd early game) You outscale really hard just make sure she doesn't get good roams.
Akali
MID
Flash Ignite or Ghost Ignite. Electro for Flash Ignite/Phase rush for Ghost Ignite. Conqueror is a possible choice.
Respect her early game and pre lvl6 it's usually fine to pool her e2. When she hits lvl 6 you can't react to r2 but have to predict it in order to pool it successfully. You outscale her hard.
Anivia
Flash Teleport or Flash Ghost. Phase Rush
You can't really kill her early game so don't go for early kills. Just cs up and make sure to dodge her q (if you have to you can w it). This is a matchup I would dodge.
Annie
Flash Ignite or Ghost Ignite. Electro for Flash Ignite/Phase rush for Ghost Ignite.
Respect her stun and her potential to all in you at lvl 6. You outscale her so cs up. You can kill her in lane if she doesn't space well and takes a lot of poke from you.
Aurelion Sol
All summs work though I prefer Ghost Ignite. Electro.
Asol's difficulty comes from the fact that he can roam so well while you can never follow him. However, you can easily kill him in lane as long as you don't get stunned by his q's. His q stun hitbox is very rng based so be careful.
Azir
All summs work. Phase Rush.
Respect his early poke and potential to completely zone you off the wave. Missing some cs is fine as long as you get the exp. You do outscale him.
Brand
Flash Ignite or Ghost Ignite. Electro for Flash Ignite/Phase rush for Ghost Ignite.
Brand slightly outranges you and has a lot of annoying poke so be careful. pool his stun combo or else you will take fatal damage. Liandrys powerspike will make him really annoying but you do outscale him.
Cassiopeia
MID
Flash Ignite or Flash Ghost. Phase Rush.
You have to dodge her q or else you'll lose your entire hp bar. You do outscale and can pool her miasma or ult.
Corki
All summs work. Electrocute or Phase Rush.
Even if he takes fleet footwork you will outsustain him and outscale him as long as he doesn't get snowballed. Corki can't really punish you early so you can be more cocky.
Diana
All summs work. Electrocute. Conqueror and Summon Aery is a possible choice.
You can completely outrade her early game. Just kite her out and either wait out her shield or bait it so she can't block most of your early damage.
Ekko
All summs work. Electrocute. Conqueror and Summon Aery is a possible choice. You can completely outrade him early game. If he's missing respect the possibility of an engage with his w from fog of war. Good Ekko's will perma push the wave and look for plays in sidelanes so punish him by freezing and by out farming him.
Fizz
All summs work. Electrocute or Phase Rush. You can completely outrade him early game if he missplays but be cautious since he has nortorious amounts of damage from lvl 3. You can always pool his ult but make sure to respect his all in potential when you're low.
Galio
All summs work. Electrocute or Phase Rush. Conqueror and Summon Aery is a possible choice.
Poke him down early game and make sure to pool his taunt. You completely outscale him but he will aim to impact sidelanes so farm up.
Gangplank
MID
All summs work. Phase Rush.
Respect his early cheese potential especially if he has ignite. Farm up and pray that you have the better team comp since he outscales you in 1v1's but you outscale him in teamfights.
Gwen
MID
Flash Ignite or Ghost Ignite. Phase Rush. Conqueror is a possible choice. Respect her early damage and aim to just kite her out. You do outscale her so farm.
Heimerdinger
MID
Any summs. Phase Rush.
Just aim to last hit under tower and outsustain him. He will always push so farm up and when he's low enough go for an all in since he has no way to survive your all in unless he has barrier or zhonyas.
Irelia
MID
Flash Ignite or Ghost Ignite. Phase Rush or Electrocute.
You must respect her early especially when she has full stacks. Pool her e pre 6 and pool her r 6+. She's pretty much impossible to kill if she rushes wits end. If she rushes bork do not take extended trades since she will outrade you. Void staff is great here.
Jayce
MID
Any summs. Electrocute. Conqueror and Summon Aery is a possible choice.
Q spamming simulator. Respect his early all in damage potential but otherwise just play safe and outscale him.
Kassadin
Flash Ignite or Ghost Ignite. Electrocute. Conqueror and Summon Aery is a possible choice.
Ever since all the S11 item changes, Kassadin has become a much easier matchup. Make sure to harass him as much as you can pre 6 and then proceed to play safer when he hits 6 since he will always aim to take short bursts of trades anytime his e comes up. You do outscale him.
Katarina
Any Summs. Electrocute. Conqueror and Summon Aery is a possible choice.
Constantly harass her as she has no real way to fight you. She has no form of sustain and doesn't have any way to harass you so it's freelo.
Kayle
MID
Any Summs. Phase Rush.
Constantly harass her pre 6 and make sure to punish her if she goes for cs without her e. When she hits 6 respect her and make sure to take short trades and try not to let her proc pta.
LeBlanc
Flash Ignite or Ghost Ignite. Phase Rush or Electrocute.
Play safe and harass her only when she's going for cs. You can't really beat her early so play for farm.
Lee Sin
MID
Any Summs. Electrocute. Conqueror is a possible choice.
Constantly harass him but make sure to dodge his q's. He can't really kill you unless you get hit by everything he throws at you. He has a lot of sustain so playing safe is fine as well.
Lissandra
Any Summs (Even cleanse). Phase Rush or Electrocute.
Don't stand behind minions and don't get too close to her. She will beat you in an 1v1 since she will just ult you or herself to negate anything from harming her. Aim to make her waste her mana since her spells cost a lot of mana and play a battle of attrition.
Lucian
MID
All Summs. Phase Rush or Electrocute.
Play safe early and just last hit minions. His all in's really hurt so just aim to farm up for items and one shot him.
Lux
All Summs. Phase Rush.
Become Michael Jackson and use your dodging skills. She can't really win this lane unless you get hit by everything she throws at you. You can always pool her ult. If she has barrier it can be a pain to kill her so aim to just farm up and one shot her.
Malzahar
Any Summs. Phase Rush.
Try to dodge his q as much as possible and don't stand next to e'd minions. He will constantly shove you in so make sure to last hit well. Once he hits 6 there is very little counterplay once he presses r. This is a matchup I would dodge.
Neeko
Any Summs. Phase Rush or Electrocute.
Just dodge or pool her e to negate most of her damage which comes from eq. She's only strong in the early-mid game so just outscale her.
Nocturne
Flash Ignite or Ghost Ignite. Electrocute. Conqueror is a possible choice.
Constantly harass him anytime you have your pool up. When he starts to channel his fear, pool when it's about to fear you. Otherwise due to the many nerfs to his lane sustain make sure to harass him but be careful for him perma roaming.
Orianna
Any Summs. Phase Rush.
She outranges you and will zone you so aim to just last hit and keep spamming q for sustain. You can't really kill her early game unless she misplays so aim to just farm up and outscale her.
Pantheon
MID
Flash Ignite or Ghost Ignite. Phase Rush or Electrocute. Conqueror is a possible choice.
Pool his w and just respect his early damage potential. Otherwise just outsustain him and outscale him. He can roam really well so punish him by freezing or by getting turret plates.
Qiyana
Any Summs. Electrocute. Summon Aery is a possible choice.
Constantly harass her during laning phase but make sure to not get hit by a water q w q combo. she has formidable damage early game but you can constantly harass her. She will try to roam sidelane so punish her through freezing and turret plates.
Ryze
MID
Flash Ignite, Flash Ghost or Flash Teleport. Phase Rush.
He outranges you and will punish you if you walk up too much. He has no form of sustain so taking bad trades isn't the worst during laning phase. He will outscale you in an 1v1 but you do outscale him in teamfights.
Seraphine
All Summs. Phase Rush.
Become Michael Jackson and use your dodging skills. She can't really win this lane unless you get hit by everything she throws at you. You can always pool her ult. You outscale her so just farm up and delete the demon.
Sylas
MID
Flash Ignite or Ghost Ignite. Phase Rush or Electrocute. Conqueror and Summon Aery is a possible choice.
He will completely outrade you in short trades early game so just try to farm up and dodge or pool his e2 chain. When he's ontop of you try to predict when he would w with your pool to negate any healing. Oblivion orb rush is a viable choice (though not recommended.)
Syndra
Any Summs. Phase Rush.
She outranges you and will constantly harass you with aa's and q's. Try to predict when she will e (usually after she q's) and pool it to negate most of her damage when she takes electrocute. Pool her ult if she randomly uses it without pairing it up with qe. Try to farm up and one shot her later with mobility.
Taliyah
Flash Ignite or Ghost Ignite. Electrocute.
You will always outrade her if you dodge her w (knock up). Just aim to keep harassing her in lane and outsustain her. She can roam really well so punish her through freezing or turret plates.
Talon
Flash Ignite, Ghost Ignite or Flash Ghost. Phase Rush or Electrocute.
Keep harassing him and pool his w2 or q in order to prevent him from proccing his passive. When he hits 6 play safe since he has insane all in potential. You have to freeze and punish him when he's roaming.
Tristana
Any Summs. Phase Rush.
Basically Lucian but even more damage but less mobility. Play safe early and aim to outsustain her and outscale her.
Twisted Fate
Any Summs. Phase Rush or Electrocute.
Play extremely aggressive since he has no real way of punishing you. Pool his gold card once he threw it at you to negate most of his pressure. If you constantly pressure him he will have to sacrifice exp and cs in order to roam.
Veigar
Flash Ignite or Ghost Ignite. Phase Rush or Electrocute.
Play aggressive and try to dodge his q's and w's to make him waste mana and to stop him from stacking. He can't really punish you until he hits lvl6 where he can potentially full combo you. If he blindly r's you just pool it. You do outscale him in terms of teamfighting but he will outscale you in a 1v1 situation if he plays well.
Vel'Koz
All Summs. Phase Rush.
Become Michael Jackson and use your dodging skills. Try to not get hit by everything since his passive hurts. Just outsustain and outscale him through farm.
Viktor
All Summs. Phase rush.
He outranges you and his lvl1 is insanely strong so respect his early dueling prowess. Before his e augment he can't shove waves efficiently so aim to outsustain and farm up. You both scale really well so it's all down to player skill.
Xerath
All Summs. Phase Rush.
Become Michael Jackson and use your dodging skills. He can't really win this lane unless you get hit by everything he throws at you. Farm up and one shot him later on.
Yasuo
MID
Flash Ignite or Ghost Ignite. Phase Rush or Electrocute.
Respect his early mobility and poke. Giving up some early cs is fine. Farm up and outscale him.
Yone
MID
Flash Ignite, Ghost Ignite or Flash Ghost. Phase Rush or Electrocute. Conqueror is a possible choice.
He's basically Yasuo without the early pressure so constantly harass him. Farm up and outscale him
Zed
Flash Ignite or Ghost Ignite. Electrocute. Conqueror or Summon Aery is a possible choice.
Harass him nonstop lvl1 and 2. From lvl3 dodge or pool his weq combo and keep harassing him. From lvl6 onwards play safer and make sure to pool his r or any lethal abilities.
Zoe
Any Summs. Phase Rush or Electrocute.
Play safe early and aim to just last hit and outsustain her during laning phase. Try to dodge or pool her e. Similarly to Ekko when she's missing be aware that she can e you through walls for a surprise engage. Outscale her and one shot her but make sure to not get caught out by her e.
Phase Rush: For longer ranged enemies or cc heavy enemy comp. Electrocute: Early pressure and particularly good into melee champions. Conqueror: Best with Riftmaker into low ranged comps. Summon Aery: Usually better for top lane but good into easy matchups that can't abuse you early.
Ability Max Order
#1 Current Meta: All around good max order for better waveclear earlier while keeping the q sustain. #2 Standard Ability Max Order: Never a bad choice. #3: More Wave Clear With Less Sustain: Best against roaming champions or melee champions that can't punish you.
