You start krugs do red do blue gank mid lane or top if and get kill use combo:Q,E,W after that back get smite then go back to farming til lvl 5 then gank again whe you have bite at rank 3. Only bite champs when they're low to execute and only use q when needed don't use it all the time to engage. Only fight when you have passive. Finally,remember not to underestimate passive but you're pretty screwed when they have ignite. :D
